| Delivery |
| Delivery is included for all Inflatable Equipment to our regular delivery areas
(fuel surcharges will apply). Deliveries outside of our regular delivery area will incur additional delivery charges. Tents, Tables, Chairs,
Linens or other Equipment do not include delivery; an additional delivery charge will be applied. Delivery times will be arranged 1-2 hours
before the start of your event, however deliveries will be scheduled between 7am and your reservation time, this is required to meet all
customers requested reservation times.

| Customer grants Grand Central Party and its employees, the right to enter the
property address specified by customer for the delivery and return of the equipment at approximate times.
|
| Pickup |
| Pickups will begin from your requested time and not before, but can range up to 3 hours
after (since drivers have more than one order, they may be delayed). If you are finished using the Equipment before the pickup time, you may
simply turn off the water (in the case of water slides) and unplug the unit until the driver arrives. Latest pickup time is 9pm. If the event goes
late into the night it is recommended to choose the overnight option, which we will than pickup the following morning as schedules allow.

| Electrical |
| The Customer agrees to provide one dedicated electrical outlet rated at 115 volts with
20 amperes capacity per motor unit within 50 feet of each unit, unless Customer is also renting generators from Grand Central Party. Only one
unit per a circuit can be plugged in, insufficient electricity can create major problems during the course of the rental period, therefor, we
urge all Customers to make preparations and examine electrical outlets to make sure they will provide sufficient electricity.

| Site Preparation |
| Customer is responsible for making sure the site is ready, (i.e. vehicles/obstacles out of
the way, animal feces removed, setup location cleared) before driver is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not prepared the driver may be forced
to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time.

| Underground Utilities |
| Please be ready to inform the driver of any underground lines such as sprinkler systems as
this may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor the equipment. Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground equipment
or landscaping resulting from the installation or use of the equipment.

| Water Slides |
| Water Slides require a water hose (not provided) within range of the setup area.
Water should be turned off when the water slide is not being used.

| Park Reservations |
| Permits: Customers should call the local Park and Recreation Department to inquire about their rules and regulations prior to placing an order. Park permits are required prior to the event by most Park Departments. If a permit is required but customer did not obtain it or falsified information, park officials may require the bouncer to be picked up during the event, in which case there will be no refund.

| Insurance: Most parks require the applicant to acquire an additionally insured certificate from Grand Central Party for the park. For that reason we recommend you reserve your Equipment 1-2 weeks before your event.

| Electricity: A 6000 watt generator is required for all units going to a park, unless park facilities provide electricity and Customer has verified there will be a dedicated 15 amp circuit available. If drivers have to return with generators that were not ordered before delivery additional delivery charges will apply.

| Water Slides: Water Slides are not available for parks since a dedicated water supply and water hose are required, something parks don't supply.
