After 18 years in Sales and Marketing with International Companies, Keith started Grand Central Party Rental in 1999 to spend more
time with his family. Since that inception Keith has watched Grand Central Party grow from a small 2,000 sq. ft. building with
3 employees to a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse with two offices in the Nashville area. As President, Keith manages all aspects of the
business from Sales and Marketing, to Investments and Human Resources.

Kim was one of the first to be certified by the American Rental Association in TN, Kim oversees sales and operations and

Brett Joined Grand Central Party Rental in 2005 and is responsible for managing all aspects of day to day operations
including deliveries, tent installations and warehouse personnel. Certified by Top Tec as an expert in tenting, Brett
also meets with customers for site inspections for all tent installations.
