Started in 1837 and completed in 1857, Hazelpath Mansion was built by Daniel Smith
Donelson, the grandson of Daniel Smith (who built Rock Castle) and the nephew of
President Andrew Jackson. A true southern mansion rich in history, Hazelpath Mansion
has all the southern charm you would be looking for in the perfect venue for a wedding
or corporate event. Available year-round for events with invited guests from 50
to 250.

Hazelpath Mansion situated in the heart of Hendersonville, TN, just 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. Built in 1837 by
Daniel Smith Donelson, the grandson of Daniel Smith who built Rock Castle and the nephew of President Andrew Jackson. The
Mansion was completed in 1857 with brick made on site and stone quarried from nearby. The house boast original hardwood floors,
rich dark wood doors and trim and elegant chandeliers imported from Europe.

A picturesque mansion many of our brides marry in front of this historic Southern home. The mansion can accommodate 100 for
a buffet dinner and up to 125 for a heavy hors d’oeuvres buffet in the house. With a large side yard you can add tents to
accommodate up to 200. We host only one event at a time so book early to get your date.
